I would like to express my gratitude to Bridget and the care team, who have provided my mother with an excellent, flexible and attentive service for more than three years. Providing myself with both the assurance and peace of mind that her daily needs are individually tailored to meet the changing care needs for someone living with dementia. The care team have enabled my mum to live her dream of living independently at home for as long as possible. Bridget and the team keep in touch; informing relatives of even the smallest, but often the most important, personal care needs, such as items of shopping that are in need of replenishing. When you don’t live around the corner, these small, caring and personal touches are invaluable. Thank you to all the team who contribute to supporting my mum, your daily help is very much appreciated.

My mum, who is now 80 years' old, is very happy with the service provided by Dynamic Social Support. The family are too. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The carers are friendly and helpful and mum has a good rapport with them. They will go the extra mile which is brilliant. Bridget and her absolutely wonderful team were just amazing with the care of my mum. Anything that you needed to ask, change, request was never an issue and the care that my mum received was was just so lovely. As you can imagine it was quite a shock to have a healthy mum one day and the next needing care. My mum worked in care for a lot of her life we realize there are those who do care for a living and those who really care. Dynamic Support team have been looking after Mum over the past months and we have found the service exceptionally good, professionally organised by Kelvin and Bridget who have been there to help and support and offer advice on a care level always impartial but reassuring when needed. I can only praise Bridget and her team for the care and attention given to the lady I referred in. She has received a high level of care and the team have helped with health appointments, supported nutritional advice given by professionals and have taken on additional tasks due to the covid pandemic to help reduce risk to this lady.

Bridget and the care team at Dynamic Social Support provide a level of care that extends past providing a meal or checking medication to a really personal level. Keeping an eye on the smallest details, (the ones that can really affect my mum), and letting me know what items to add to the shopping list, keeping an eye on the house and even providing a pint of milk if delivery fails. In Lockdown the team have been my mum’s only care-takers; providing not only a life-line but increasing my mum’s quality of life every single day. Dynamic Social Support has support my mum and dad, enabling them to live independently in their own home. When mum and dad moved to a different location Dynamic remained flexible and supportive service. Carers from Dynamic social support care for my mum with four visits every day. Since they have taken over mum’s care in January this year, I have been so pleased with the support mum receives. All mum’s carers are excellent. She has a good relationship with each of them and the level of care they deliver is to the highest standard. They are professional in executing their duties whilst at the same time keeping it very personal so that mum feels she has a special group of friends. Any communication with other family members is respectful, empathetic and very professional. Kelvin and his team epitomise what one is looking for in a support service for a loved one. In this case, my Mum. Attentive, reliable, flexible and agile – essential when dealing with an elderly person with changing needs. My mum (86) living independently in sheltered housing, sees her carers now as friends. What more can one say. Well done Dynamic. It’s in the name. Simples 🙂 Oh and good value too – essential in Yorkshire.

We honestly couldn’t recommend Kelvin and his team of wonderful carers highly enough. My mum was quite a challenge when they first took her on board but things settled very quickly indeed and mum was very happy which meant the world to us. Kelvin was always just on the other end of the phone regardless what day or what time it was. He was always very polite, positive and reactive to any query. His care team were a blessing. My mum loved seeing them and counted the minutes until the next the call. The ladies always went over and above what was expected in their call. We cant thank you enough

After many years of caring for our mum and at home and supporting mum to visit dad in hospital and then at his Nursing Home, my sister Jane and I were no longer able to keep mum safe at home. At the end of January mum moved into Beech Hall and it took her a while to settle as she had 1 to 1 care and support prior to her diagnosis of Alzheimers in January 2014. My family and I are very happy with mums care and support that mum experiences from a skilled workforce at Beech Hall. As the progression of the disease has impacted on mum, Jane and I have not felt able to take mum to see dad as we both have partial sight. I felt inadequate and distressed that I wasn’t able to continue facilitating mum and dad maintaining seeing each other after 61 years of marriage. I was recommended Dynamic Social Support. I contacted then and met Bridget soon after. Bridget’s ”can do” approach, talent and commitment has enable her to build a bond with both mum and dad and created the opportunity for mum and dad to see each other twice a week for lunch. I am delighted with Bridget and how she has respectfully worked alongside mum, dad, Jane, Beech Hall, Gledhow Christian Care Home and myself to develop and deliver truly person and family centred care with huge benefits to everyone Thank you Bridget.

Kelvin and his Care Team have provided support on a daily basis for Mum, who is living in her own home and has Alzheimers and Vascular Dementia. As a manager, Kelvin has always been there for Mum and myself, offering advice and ensuring Mum receives the care and help she needs to enable her to live on her own. We can rely on the Carers for all Mum’s personal needs and their visits are at a time to suit her too. A regular routine and friendly, efficient Carers reassure me that Mum is being well cared for. No problem if need to have Mum ready early for appointments.. a phone call to Kelvin ensures that she is ready and waiting. Neither I nor Mum would manage without The Dynamic Social Support Team. Dynamic Care is truly well named. we have been so impressed with the service received from Kelvin and his team. They are very pro active and the contact from the carers has been superb. We are hopeful his team can ,supply the full care package when Dad returns home from hospital. We cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you Kelvin for the fabulous work you do.

Dynamic Social Support have looked after my husband, a stroke victim who cannot walk or talk, for nearly eight years and I can honestly say their loving care and attention went above and beyond the call of duty. My husband’s comfort and security was always uppermost on their care list. They treated him with dignity and respect and the fact he had the same team of carers looking after him on a regular basis gave him confidence and enabled the carers to learn how to communicate with him even though he does not have the power of speech. This is dedication. Of course Kelvin sets the standard at the top and the carers take their lead from him. Twice a week the carers have taken my husband out to lunch to boost his morale and give him a feeling of normality and to give me a break. This is the other thing – they have shown as much consideration for me as for my husband and they will always be our friends.

Dynamic Social Support looked after my mother for a brief period of time when she was discharged from hospital incorrectly. They provided an excellent service for a very difficult week – their staff and Kelvin went over and above to provide a brilliant service to my mother. Dynamic Social Support provide a very successful person centred package of care. I receive regular carers who are used to my complex care needs.They are all very caring and treat me with dignity & respect. They are very responsive to meeting any additional requests for extra care that I need. Kelvin has been very supportive in liaising with other professionals involved in my care plan. My husband and I were looking for a PA for our adult daughter who needed to be reliable, trustworthy, professional and caring to help with her social ( & occasionally practical) support. Her social worker had found a couple of agencies who said they could provide this sort of service. Both let us down and proved to be inadequate. After the social worker introduced us to Dynamic Social Support we quickly realised how different this agency is. Kelvin Alleyne, the manager/owner , explained the personalised care experience he and his carefully chosen staff team aim to provide. He listened to what we and our daughter wanted from a PA and how often we needed this service . The first PA we had was a little unreliable but this was soon addressed by Kelvin who suggested another PA who was an even better match for our daughter. Our daughter has quite complex issues and health problems but her PA is wonderful with her. She always upbeat, cheerful, friendly and relaxed with our daughter. This makes for a good relationship between them and that offers reassurance and confidence for us. We’ve been using Dynamic since it started as a business last year and are very pleased with our choice. The service is competitively priced, we get regular itemised invoices and if ever we need to make changes to what we require from Dynamic/the PA we know we can quickly and easily get in touch with Kelvin. We’d have no hesitation in recommending Dynamic to others needing similar provision.

Dynamic Social Support provide me with fabulous support in my own home. I have Carer’s every morning to help me. They are all wonderful, caring, professional and helpful. Regular contact from the Company Owner Kelvin to monitor how things are going is greatly appreciated and would allow me to voice any concerns if I had any which I obviously don’t with this marvellous company.
