Our Values

To achieve our Mission and vision, we have developed a set of values which we have embedded within the heart of Dynamic Social Support Ltd. This includes our systems, processes and all our decision making. We have incorporated value-based recruitment, training and development processes, which ensures we choose carers that match our exceptionally high standards and expectations. This in turn provides a high standard of quality care to our service users.

We are committed to promoting inclusiveness. Our service is about supporting decision making, maintaining independence and maintaining a person’s lifestyle. We work collaboratively with all those involved in the persons care to provide a tailored and personalised support package. In that way the person can get the best out of their life and stay in control.

Wellbeing is extremely high on our agenda both for our clients and for our staff. We are members of Mindful Employer and have signed the charter for Employers Positive about Mental Health. Dynamic believes that if our carers are happy and supported in their role this will be evidenced in the care they provide. We dedicate regular time to our staff to speak about their well-being and we have an Employee Assistance Programme with 24-hour access to trained specialists. We have an onsite trained Mental health first aider who can signpost to available services. We promote a positive home life balance, and we have an open-door policy.

Everyone responds to a smile. We believe there is always time for a smile, no matter how busy life is. Our carers may be the only contact someone has to brighten their day. We expect our carers to give emotional support, be kind and warm hearted.

We value each one of our clients as individuals. We respect that each person has a right to make their own decisions even if they are considered unwise. We offer support to reduce risks but maintain autonomy. We aim to support and empower our clients and respect everyone no matter what their background. We believe that no matter what your standing, you will be treated with dignity and respect.

At Dynamic Social Support, we do our very best to make sure our services are above and beyond expectations. We are always looking for ways to enhance people’s lives. One example we have is the very popular fish and chip Fridays. At the end of each month, we provide fish and chips free and delivered to our clients and staff. Once we become acquainted with our clients, we consider them as we would our own family members. We try to make their lives meaningful and fulfilled. Every small gesture makes a big difference. We like to think outside the box and introduce new ways of improving quality of life.

We value our service on being open, honest and transparent. We support strong moral and ethical principles and values. All our decisions are made based on integrity first and foremost. While we work hard to provide the highest quality service if we get it wrong, we will say we get it wrong, we will learn from it and make appropriate changes to ensure it does not happen again.
We provide a 24-hour emergency on call advice line for our clients, family members and staff if support is required. We support families and loved ones in balancing work and family commitments which in turn gives them quality time to spend with their cared for family member. Dynamic Social Support is available to help signpost family members and clients to appropriate services.
